📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – LimetaStore

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store LimetaStore (limetastore.si), define the rights and obligations of users, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the customer. By using this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Availability of Information

The seller undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • company identity
  • contact details
  • essential product characteristics
  • clear and transparent pricing
  • delivery information
  • payment terms
  • right of withdrawal
  • return and complaint procedures


3. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is considered submitted when the customer receives an email confirmation of the order. The purchase contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order.

The seller reserves the right to reject an order if:

  • the product is no longer in stock
  • an obvious pricing error occurred
  • customer information is incomplete or incorrect


4. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

  • credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • cash on delivery
  • PayPal (if enabled)

The seller may temporarily or permanently change available payment methods.


6. Delivery

The seller provides delivery within Slovenia through contracted delivery services.

Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days (depending on stock and logistics). In case of delays, the customer will be notified.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.


7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a written withdrawal notice to: support@limetastore.si

Returned products must be:

  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • with all included accessories

The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.


8. Complaints and Warranty

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty applies in accordance with Slovenian law and manufacturer conditions.

The seller is not responsible for:

  • improper use of the product
  • physical damage occurring after delivery
  • defects not caused by manufacturing issues


9. Personal Data Protection

The seller is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable legislation.

Customer data is used exclusively for:

  • processing orders
  • communication
  • improving user experience

Data is not shared with third parties except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., delivery services).


10. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not liable for:

  • temporary website outages
  • typographical errors
  • delivery delays caused by third parties
  • damage resulting from improper product use

All content on the website (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of the seller or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. Copying or using content without permission is prohibited.


12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase applies.


13. Dispute Resolution

The seller and customer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Slovenia will handle the matter.
